Dead On Arrival

Seldom, if any patron receives a defective / non functioning thin client terminal from the factory / warehouse / partner as their new purchase, then RDP will swap the defective terminal with brand new device from the respective warehouse / partners with new inventory in ADVANCE (before patron sending the defective terminal back to partner / RDP).

Before 90 days

Advance Replacement

Based on the circumstances*, RDP will swap the defective terminals (piece to piece) in ADVANCE (meaning before sending back the defective terminal to RDP’s RMA Dept / Partner), Only if the purchase date is less than 90 days.

After 90 Days

Standard Warranty

1 years RTB (Return to Bench) warranty is applicable to all RDP Thin Client from the date of purchase (invoice date). RDP has a stunning track record (more than 97% of tickets) in shipping back defective terminals with respective working condition terminals on the same day it received to the various RMA centers across India.


If your device is NOT functioning

Register your ‘Support Request’ with the Support Dept, you can reach Support dept from 10AM to 6PM monday to saturday ( except national holidays ) on   040 - 4816 1111 (Toll Free), 95 33 11 11 11 /   95 33 31 11 11, alternatively you can write an email to support@rdp.in for registering your Support Request.


Get RMA Number

In less than 4-8 hours, you’ll get a call back from our support dept., after the problem analyzing & basic troubleshooting if RDP learns that there is a defect in the hardware terminal, then RDP will provide RMA Authorization code & other details of RMA cell in RDP, based on that you can send the defective unit to respective RMA Location.

NOTE: RDP Thin Client Terminals MUST be in Warranty in order to get the RMA Authorization Code.


RMA Cell

Once the Defective Unit Receives by RMA Cell, will initiate an immediate internal process of checking / repairing / replacing and ensures that the same day will be shipped back to the respective customer.


Happy Call

Customer will get a happy call from RMA Cell, to confirm the replaced unit is reached / installed / working fine confirmation then they’ll close the ticket..

Terms & Conditions

Customer must obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the product to the repair facility. Packages sent without valid RMA number will be refused.
Customer must provide proper invoice number, invoice date, product serial number and detailed problem description to obtain RMA number.
RDP will not support any third party software or hardware including games, software incompatibilities, application programs and utilities are not covered by warranty.
RDP will only support components purchased from RDP.
Any physical damage or misuse of a product voids warranty.
RDP will not be held accountable to any loss of money, materials, life, data, intangible and tangible items caused by product failure.
RDP will not warranty product failure caused by power surge or failure, static electricity, and natural calamities or act of God.
RDP is not responsible to any damage due to shipping of a product sent for repair/service.
Products for repair may be replaced with functional refurbished components and covered by the original product warranty unless the product is DOA, then the product will be replaced by brand new system/parts.
Customer are responsible for any monetary value for any non-warranty repairs.
In an event the customer sends a product for repair and the warranty expired while in repair process, the warranty will be extended to the length of the repair time and the replaced components will have 30 days warranty beginning the day the Customer receive the repaired product.
Product warranty is non transferable.
RDP will not reimburse customer of any monetary value incurred to service computers/parts by any third party service providers.
Product peripherals will come under 3 months warranty.
All warranty terms mentioned above may subject to change/supplement without prior notice.
