Our Story
AI-powered in-line visual inspection across 4–12 production lines with real-time defect classification, dimensional measurement, and direct MES/ERP integration. Zero-latency quality at line speed — no cloud, no batch delay.
Each production station gets a dedicated edge AI node running real-time visual inspection — defect classification, surface analysis, dimensional measurement, and assembly verification. A factory hub aggregates quality metrics, bridges to MES/ERP for reject routing, and provides the quality dashboard. All inference runs on the production floor with sub-20ms latency — fast enough for line speeds up to 120 units/minute.
Each station runs a Jetson Orin NX edge node with hardware-triggered camera capture. The node runs inference in < 20ms, generates pass/fail decisions, logs defect images, and signals the PLC for reject routing — all within one production cycle.
The factory hub aggregates quality metrics from all lines, provides the real-time quality dashboard (yield, defect Pareto, SPC charts), and bridges to MES/ERP for traceability. Defect images are archived for root-cause analysis.
OPC-UA gateway connects edge nodes to existing PLC infrastructure for automated reject routing, line stop triggers, and production count sync. No changes to existing automation architecture required.
All components are RDP-validated, GeM-listed, and available as a single-vendor procurement package. Quantities shown are for a typical deployment — contact us for exact sizing.
