India has 250+ million school-going children, 4.33 crore higher education students, and 15,500 ITIs training the workforce of tomorrow. Yet only 27% of students have consistent access to internet-enabled computing devices. The Ministry of Education has mandated AI and Computational Thinking from Class 3 onwards starting 2026–27. Over 1.5 million schools, 52,000 colleges, 1,355 universities, and 15,500 ITIs now need AI-capable computing infrastructure — and most of them don't have it.
